Ultra T 3.0 Quarter-Cut Modules represents Suntech’s latest achievement in N-type TOPCon innovation. Built on Suntech’s proprietary TOPCon 3.0 cell technology, the module integrates optimized quarter-cut cell architecture and advanced high-density encapsulation processes to deliver improvements in efficiency, energy generation and long-term reliability. The product achieves cell conversion efficiency of up to 27.5% and module efficiency exceeding 25.2%, while delivering more than 30W higher output compared with conventional modules of the same format. Its high power density makes Ultra T 3.0 particularly suitable for markets where rooftop availability and land resources are limited.
