Building on its experience in PV manufacturing and continued investment in innovation, Suntech is focused on translating technological advances into product value, deepening international partnerships and creating new opportunities for growth.
Advancing PV Technology and Product Performance
Technological innovation remains central to Suntech’s long-term competitiveness. The company continues to advance high-efficiency PV technologies, with a focus on N-type TOPCon and innovative module designs that enhance power output, reliability and energy yield.
Suntech’s Ultra T 3.0 quarter-cut module integrates N-type TOPCon 3.0 cell technology with Poly-Finger technology, edge passivation, ultra-fine-line printing and high-density encapsulation. It achieves cell efficiency of up to 27.5% and module efficiency above 25.2%, with bifaciality of up to 90% and a temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C.
Its quarter-cut design helps reduce power losses and improve energy yield, supporting a lower levelized cost of energy (LCOE). Through continued R&D and product optimization, Suntech is strengthening its high-efficiency PV portfolio to meet the evolving needs of global customers.
Expanding Global Markets and Strategic Partnerships
Suntech continued to expand its international business through strategic partnerships and distribution agreements. During SNEC this year, Suntech secured more than 800 MW in overseas distribution orders for delivery over the next three years and established partnerships with Lawrence & Hanson and OSW Energy. Separately, Suntech signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Alternergy during Solar & Storage Live UK 2026, further strengthening its international distribution network.
Alongside these partnerships, Suntech participated in exhibitions, customer meetings and industry forums across Brazil, Egypt, Vietnam, Thailand, Germany, Japan, Poland, Italy and Abu Dhabi, strengthening engagement with customers and industry partners. The opening of its solar and energy storage service center in Frankfurt, Germany, in June further enhanced local support across pre-sales, delivery and operations and maintenance, reinforcing the company’s commitment to serving international markets.
Integrating Solar and Storage with Traceable, Sustainable Manufacturing
Alongside its PV business, Suntech continues to develop energy storage solutions for residential and commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, broadening its portfolio to address a wider range of energy needs. By integrating solar and storage, the company aims to provide more comprehensive solutions for households and businesses.
Suntech’s PV manufacturing capabilities support coordination across key stages of the value chain, from silicon wafers and solar cells to finished modules. Traceability throughout key production processes helps strengthen quality management, improve process transparency and support consistent product quality.
The company also continues to advance digitalization and intelligent manufacturing through the integration of production systems and smart equipment. These efforts help improve operational efficiency, enhance quality traceability and optimize manufacturing processes, alongside a continued focus on sustainable production and environmental performance.
Through its integrated PV and storage portfolio, value-chain coordination and manufacturing capabilities, Suntech is building a foundation for reliable products and long-term customer value.
Looking Ahead to the Final Quarter
The progress made over the first three quarters has laid a solid foundation for Suntech’s continued development. Building on its PV manufacturing experience and commitment to innovation, the company continues to strengthen its technological capabilities, product portfolio and international presence.
Looking ahead, Suntech will further integrate its strengths in technology, manufacturing and global markets, while advancing high-efficiency PV products, developing integrated solar and energy storage solutions, and deepening international partnerships. These efforts will support the delivery of competitive solutions and create greater value for customers.
In the final quarter of 2026, Suntech will focus on translating these strengths into tangible results through continued innovation, improved operational efficiency and further market development, supporting its annual objectives and long-term growth.
