In this application, Suntech Light Thru functions as an eave structure installed above the entrance and first floor windows of the building.

Mizushima Warehouse
Suntech Light Thru modules were installed in this facility to generate electricity and increase the amount of daylight to the interior of the building -thereby, helping to reduce the level of electrical lighting required inside the building during the day, and reducing overall energy costs.

Wan Chai Tower
This skyscraper, located in central Hong Kong, features large Suntech Light Thru modules at the entrance and Suntech Light Thru modules on several of the floors of the building. Also, custom modules are mounted on the roof.

Kowa Elementary School
This public school was designed with two Suntech Light Thru glass canopies on the upper level of the building overlooking the playgrounds. In addition to the 10kW BIPV system, the roof of the school has 10kW standard PV modules, solar thermal collectors, and small wind turbines - all generating clean renewable energy for the school.
